Tweightloss = FAIL

I have failed this week....and it's my own damned fault.

I ate a whole bunch of crap this week, but worked out a whole lot. Thought maybe those would cancel each other out, but apparently not. My weight loss logic = FTL. (Or maybe FTG? ha ha ha)

Anyway, so this week, no more soda. I had 3 sodas in the past week, and all in one day. Ugh.

More working out. I've worked up to a half hour (at least) of "Wii workout" at least 5 days a week (and usually every day), and a walk during the day. I want to work up to at least an hour of working out 5 days a week.

I'm joining the referee squad for the Bellingham Roller Betties and that should be a good 2 hours of cardio a week...and possibly joining a Stroller Strides class 2 days a week, which is another 2 hours per session of cardio.

Hopefully, I can un-derail this freight train (ha!) and get it back on track and lose the 10 pounds I want by my birthday......February 12th.
